RETURN POLICY

At Haus of June, we are committed to providing high-quality hand crafted candles and home fragrances. We understand that returns are necessary and we are here to help provide you with a seamless process as much as possible. Keep in mind personal taste in fragrance scents is a subjective thing therefore we cannot accept returns on a product based on a disliked scent. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the event a mistake has been made on our behalf. Please review the eligibility requirements below from our return policy. 

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

You may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. Please ensure that your return request is submitted within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund. 

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• The item must be unused/unlit and in the same condition you received it.
• The item must be returned with all original labeling and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@hausofjune.com  with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return along with a brief explanation. 

Please note, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless there was a mistake on our end such as damaged or incorrect item.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once your return is received and inspected your item(s) we will notify you of approval. Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We currently do not offer exchanges on our products at this time. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Any used products, including lit candles.
• Items not in original condition or packaging. 
• Personalized or custom orders.
• Items purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces.
• Any returned items without prior approval.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the following:

• The damaged item
• The box
• The shipping label

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

QUESTIONS

Please note we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
